Faults within the warranty period , which is 2 years.* Will be dealt with by E-BikesFleet onsite, remotely or at our Battersea or East Sussex shop, This is dependent on the agreed contract.

You can be confident that our bikes are carefully handpicked using years of experience in the electric bike industry and are mainly fault free. But like any vehicle servicing is required to keep the bike in good shape.

We have three great service packages available for onsite and remote service

Onsite Servicing:
One of our qualified technicians will visit a single location were all of your fleet bikes are kept, to carry out any servicing or warranty work.

Remote Servicing:
In some circumstances your fleet bikes are not always kept at the same location, so to still give you the very best service we will arrange for the bike to be collected by one of our couriers and returned to you after the maintenance has been done.

Instore local Servicing:
Servicing to be carried out in our south east store, Battersea London. Or a partner store.
